Exhibition and interior design

Carsten Dempewolf was born in 1973 and grew up in Bramstedt near Bremen. After his formal training as an industrial mechanic he took his vocational A levels in sculpture. He built furniture and objects even while still a secondary school student. Shortly afterwards he created his first interior designs for shops and restaurants. A founding member of GfG, he has been in charge of interior design, predominantly developing exhibition design and corporate architecture concepts, since 1994. Among the distinctions which projects that were developed under his direction have received are the “iF design award”, the “red dot design award” and the “DDC award”. Carsten Dempewolf has two children and will get married later this year.
